Service Description
Foundations Saturday is a beginner-friendly small group strength class designed to help you build confidence, strength, and better movement patterns in a supportive, coached environment. This class focuses primarily on landmine-based strength training, a versatile and joint-friendly tool that allows movements to be scaled for all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to strength training, returning after time away, or simply looking to train smarter, this class meets you where you’re at. Each session emphasizes proper technique, controlled progressions, and full-body strength using fundamental movement patterns. You’ll be coached throughout the class to ensure exercises feel effective, safe, and approachable—no guesswork, no pressure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 1. Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. 4. Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Exceptions may be made at my discretion. 5. Trainer Cancellations: If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible. Clients will not be charged for sessions canceled by the trainer. 6. Repeat Cancellations: Clients who frequently cancel sessions may be required to prepay for future sessions or risk losing their preferred time slot. By adhering to this policy, we ensure that both the client and trainer’s time is respected and that a consistent training schedule is maintained.
